The intent of the Honor Wall is to give recognition to individuals who live or have lived in Carroll County and contributed to the progression of our community. THE CARTER PINES PICNIC SHELTER, located in the Carter Pines Community Park, is being provided by Carroll County for usage FREE of charge.
